Processing & delivery estimates

Trusty Hippo estimates 2–4 business days for order handling before dispatch, followed by 6–12 business days transit to New Zealand or 8–15 business days transit to the United States.

Our business-day estimates count Monday–Friday. Our order cutoff is 5:00 pm Auckland time; orders received after the cutoff or on weekends enter processing on the next business day.

We conservatively treat supplier-quoted transit ranges as business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping method and coverage depend on your selected configuration and destination. Please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm coverage or an arrival timeframe.
