Where will my order ship from?
Trusty Hippo is based in New Zealand, but products may be dispatched directly from overseas suppliers or fulfilment partners, including China. The dispatch location depends on the product and destination. Items may arrive separately.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add further delivery charges after your order has been placed.
How long will delivery take?
Check the product page and checkout for the information available for your destination. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the expected dispatch and delivery window. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated.
Which currency will I pay in?
The storefront displays the currency available for your selected market. The amount and currency shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.
Can I return something?
Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds information. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled in accordance with the consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Why is the range deliberately small?
Because Trusty Hippo is intended to be a collection, not an endless catalogue. We look for interesting, useful and practical products with a clear reason to be there.
